CREUSABRO

Creusabro is a high performance wear resistant steel, exhibiting a wear resistance 50% higher than that of conventional 400HB water quenched steel.

VIDAPLATE

Vidaplate consists of a steel substrate or “backing plate” to which a chromium carbide “overlay” plate is fused. Vidaplate is used as wear-resistant liner plates for protecting industrial equipment from high abrasion and erosion.

DUAPLATE

Duaplate D80 is a chromium carbide weld overlay used in the Fixed Plant industry. Duaplate performs well under very high impact and very severe abrasive environments. Large sheets or custom shapes of Duaplate D80 are available and can be formed into complex shapes.

DUABLOCK

Duablock® is a composite material used in mining applications experiencing severe wear. This product consists of a white iron casting bonded to a backing plate. Duablock®’s wear resistant microstructure, along with its impact absorbing backing plate, makes it perfect for high abrasion and high impact applications.

TAP PLATE

TAP Plate is a clad plate manufacturing by welding an abrasion resistant material to a steel base. TAP Plate is available in a range of thicknesses and can be customised according to various overlay alloy / substrate combinations.
